VHC is a registered Non Profit-making Government Organization (NGO) and a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to helping Ugandan girls rise up strong. We envision fully educated and empowered young women engaged in the economic and social well-being of their communities.

The photo gallery shows a variety of activities at VHS, including some of our classes in hairdressing, sewing, baking, goat and poultry raising, jewelry making, and crocheting. We’re building a new dormitory for the twenty-five girls currently living and studying with us. Graduation festivities featured graduate Vanitah, who completed her diplomas in Technical Teacher Education.
